If you know you are going to be using the PowerPoint elsewhere the easiest way to create it is to begin by saving it to a folder on a flash drive. This helps ensure all of the files are in one place and ready to be used. And you would be able to edit the presentation 'on-the-fly'. But if you haven't done that, this handout will walk you through the steps to get the presentation to a jump drive.
