This handout shows you how to create an e-mail signature in Outlook's Web Access.
By using the Appointment feature to schedule a meeting you allow the event to be added to the Outlook calendar. This helps everybody schedule their time.
By using this feature of a meeting request the event is added to your calendar and you can receive reminders of the meeting.
